Qualifications
- 5+ years professional painting experience.
- 2+ years crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential painting.
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting.
- Ability to spray, brush, and roll professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily painting operations and supervise crews.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure on-time project completion.
- Train and mentor crew members; maintain productive work environments.
- Communicate with homeowners/clients and provide project updates.
- Maintain Painter Bros quality standards and site safety.
