Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC is seeking a Paint Supervisor to oversee all painting and finishing operations in a manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of painters, coordinate daily production, and ensure equipment and materials are properly used and maintained.

The role partners with production, quality and maintenance to achieve consistent results, reduce rework, and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial painting preferred.
• 35 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing painting with at least 12 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of paint application methods and surface preparation; OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor paint department employees to ensure quality and productivity.
• Schedule daily painting activities to meet production requirements and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all paint processes from preparation to finishing follow standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality, color accuracy and finish adherence.
• Maintain paint booths, spray equipment and safety devices for compliance.
• Monitor inventory of paints, solvents and coatings, coordinating reorders.
• Implement safety protocols for hazardous materials and air quality controls.
• Work with quality control to address defects and implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Document paint processes, material usage and work orders.
