Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Project Paint Manager to lead interior and exterior painting across facilities and equipment. You will plan, schedule, supervise painters, and maintain records for the department while coordinating with other teams and the Contracts Department.

The role requires seven years of painting experience with two years in supervision, a valid driver’s license, lead paint certification, and strong knowledge of budgeting and estimating materials and labor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Seven years skilled/painter experience with two years in supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License and lead paint certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct painting and decorating of interiors and exteriors.
• Plan and supervise painters; maintain department records.
• Ensure vans/tools are maintained and available.
• Train and assist teams; visit teams for projects.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as requested.
• Maintain six-month inventory of van tools.
