Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our Ramblewood Apartments team in Ohio. This role handles drywall repairs, interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas, plus surface prep and wall repairs as needed.

• Experience with drywall repairs and interior painting in apartment settings.
• Ability to perform surface preparation and drywall finishing.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and coordinate with maintenance team.
