Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician for the Ramblewood Apartments (1,200+ units). Responsibilities include drywall repairs and interior painting for turns, touch-ups, and common areas.

The role includes on-call rotation and general maintenance tasks to support the property and team. Candidates should be able to prepare surfaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds, with reliable transportation.

• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
• This position does require on-call rotation

• Must have reliable transportation
