The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery and sales associate to serve wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will deliver items from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vehicles in a safe, timely manner.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling payments, maintaining vehicle and delivery logs, and ensuring accurate per-branch workflows. Strong customer service and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have at least a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, safety procedures, etc., when driving a vehicle.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
