Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Missoula store. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, process sales, and help maintain inventory and store displays.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and sales skills, can lift up to 70 lbs, and are available for evenings and weekends. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus and beneficial for serving diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates must meet performance expectations and HR training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed per customer specs.
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload where required.
