Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products across multiple local stores in Missouri. You will resolve concerns, maintain product knowledge, and help meet store sales goals.

Position involves store duties, product mixing, stock maintenance, and occasional deliveries. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed.
