Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in our Kalispell, MT area to assist customers, support store operations, and drive sales. You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining display standards.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, retail or paint-related experience, and the ability to read and communicate in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: at least a 3 rating on last performance review.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
