Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 22 mile radius of 6107 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73139. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, answering questions, and recommending paint solutions to wholesale and retail customers.

You will assist in sales transactions, tint and mix products, stock displays, and help achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and systems.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
