Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver products from branches, prepare orders, and assist customers. You will operate color retrieval and paint mixing equipment as needed and support inventory control, with a schedule aligned to the branch hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, processing POS transactions, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and up to 70 lb on occasion.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, part-time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and load for shipment.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions at the POS per policy.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and optimize space.
