Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part Time Store Customer Service Specialist to work at stores within a 22 mile radius of Store 6107 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73139. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present products, and process sales.

You will maintain product knowledge, uphold store standards, and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being 18+, legal work authorization, English reading/writing ability, valid driver's license.
• Spanish language ability is preferred and may be required for some transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present appropriate products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process sales transactions accurately.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, tint and mix products per customer specs.
