The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers by identifying needs, explaining Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly, help reach store sales goals, and maintain product knowledge, displays, and inventory.

This role requires a friendly, reliable team player with strong communication and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: rating of at least 'meets expectations' on current appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.

• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.

• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
