Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and presentable displays; stock shelves.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and drive suggestions to improve sales.
