Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #7300 in Austin, TX. You will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products.

You will handle sales transactions and help maintain product displays and store cleanliness. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers determine needs; present appropriate products and services.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with sales.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable displays; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; assist with deliveries as needed.
