Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Store Customer Service Specialist in Dallas, TX. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend optimal solutions.

You will also resolve customer concerns and help maintain product quality and store standards. Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking and displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and supporting delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
