Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in our stores. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable Sherwin-Williams products, and resolve concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction while helping to meet store sales goals.

You will assist in person and by phone, process transactions, stock shelves, tint products, and help with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates require a 'meets expectations' rating and HR Cloud courses

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction with sales service
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and recommend products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain organized work order files and stock levels
• Stock shelves and set up displays; prepare and tint paints as needed
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with store deliveries as required
• Stay knowledgeable on products and available options
