Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #7355 in Rockport, TX. You will assist local wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions while upholding store appearance and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal candidates: meets-expectations rating in last appraisal.
• Internal candidates: completed HR Cloud eLearning for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process transactions following store policies.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and displays; clean equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and know product options.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
