Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our store operations in Texas. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, and ensure high levels of service while helping the store achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and maintaining accurate records. Some lifting, weekend hours, and customer interaction with diverse audiences are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs on occasion and stand for long periods.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Pull products from the floor or warehouse and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
