Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Santa Fe, NM. You will resolve customer concerns promptly, stay updated on product features, and support store visual standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform stocking duties.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, meets expectations on recent performance review.
• Complete HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
