Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Store Associates play a key role in helping wholesale and retail customers select the right products and solutions. You will deliver top-notch customer service, answer questions, and resolve concerns while ensuring store standards, inventory accuracy, and alignment with sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking displays, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
