Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #707431 in Denison, TX. You will assist retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, recommend products, and process sales to help the store meet its goals.

You will also stock, tint and mix products, maintain displays, and support deliveries while staying current on product features and policies. Spanish language ability is a plus for broader customer support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
• Pull appropriate products from the floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
