Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Store #7508 in Victoria, TX. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring the store maintains high quality and visual standards.

In this role you will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, assist with deliveries, and help meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to assist customers in person and over the phone.

• Ability to process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse; Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed; Load/unload delivery trucks and support store operations.
