Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in our Sherman, TX store. You will help customers determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions while maintaining high store standards and aiding in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking and tinting products, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
