Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in The Colony, TX is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend right solutions. You will handle sales, process transactions, stock and display products, assist deliveries, and maintain high store standards while meeting sales goals.

Must be 18+, eligible to work in the US, valid driver’s license, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
