Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Store #707124 in Euless, TX. You will help retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking, tinting/mixing products, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Candidates should be reliable, with a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
Assist customers in person and by phone, identifying needs and presenting products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix per customer specs.
Maintain accurate work order and inventory records.
Stock shelves and set up displays; assist delivery when needed.
Remain knowledgeable about products and cross-sell options.
