Job summary

You may cover 20% of time at Naperville North Store and must meet scheduling demands, including evenings and weekends. Benefits include health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meeting rating (3) and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work orders and stock formulas.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean and maintain equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
