Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will handle transactions, stock displays, support deliveries, and stay informed on product features to help meet store sales goals and maintain high visual standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
