Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Knoxville is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend paint products and solutions. You will aim to achieve store sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will process transactions, tint and mix products, maintain accurate paperwork, help with deliveries, and stay up-to-date on product features to ensure high quality color matches and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
