The Sherwin-Williams Company in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers, determine product needs, and suggest suitable solutions. You will process sales, tint and mix products, maintain accurate records, and keep store equipment clean while helping the store reach its sales goals.

Responsibilities include staying informed about product features and offerings, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting deliveries as required.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
