Benjamin Moore is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts from Aurora, CO, with travel to regions as needed. The role emphasizes building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting partners with product knowledge and training.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in sales or customer service, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel. A valid driver’s license is required for regional visits.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience (preferably in paint, coatings, or retail).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel; must reside near a designated hub.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel as needed; may involve some overnight travel.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management & Sales: Manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts selected based on geography, sales volume, and store type (P&D or H&W).
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive measurable revenue growth and brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person visits to ensure consistent engagement and support of accounts.
• Leverage scripts to guide conversations to ensure consistent seasonal focus areas that drive sales and service goals.
