Qualifications

• Working knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems (EMR).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain efficient daily clinic workflow.
• Monitor provider schedules and assist with operational adjustments.
• Serve as a liaison between providers, patients, ancillary departments, and leadership.
• Support clinic initiatives focused on quality improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond to patient calls and electronic messages regarding appointments and treatment plans.
