Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Coordinator to support orthopedic, spine, and pain management clinics. You will assist providers, prep patients, and help maintain clinic flow across multiple specialties.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, coordination of imaging and referrals, and empathetic patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior CMA certification and EMR experience are valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in orthopedics, spine, pain management preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy and injection procedures beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares patients for orthopedic, spine, and pain evaluations, including histories, pain scores, mobility assessments, and imaging reports.
• Assists with in-office procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, wound care, splinting, and EMG prep as applicable.
• Performs vital signs, medication reconciliation, and pre-procedure checklists for pain management and orthopedic workflows.
• Ensures exam and procedure rooms are stocked with orthopedic supplies.
• Coordinates patient flow to support high-volume clinics and schedules follow-up imaging or referrals.
