Job summary

Southwest Spine and Pain Care Center in Holladay, Utah, seeks an Assistant Clinic Manager to help run daily clinic operations. You will support providers, staff, and patients while coordinating staffing and workflow to maintain a high-quality patient experience.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will build relationships with referring providers and the local community, assist with onboarding and staff development, and help drive operational improvements and compliance across the practice.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare leadership or physician practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of clinic operations.
• Support providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Help coordinate clinic staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and staff development.
• Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Build relationships with referring providers and their office staff.
• Represent Southwest Spine and Pain in the community through outreach and networking.
• Partner with the marketing team to support practice growth.
• Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Provide front office or clinical support when needed.
