Qualifications

• Greet and direct patients and visitors.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and routing.
• Input/record patient payments and demographics.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and privacy standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet new and existing patients upon arrival.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and route calls.
• Screen and transfer calls to appropriate staff or voicemail.
• Collect copayments and patient balances, entering data into accounts.
• Balance end-of-day payment ledger.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
• Copy, file and fax documents as needed.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information per HIPAA.
