You will assist with pre-certifications, support the switchboard, and help coordinate care across physicians in our Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence. This full-time, on-site role offers benefits to support a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patients for all physicians per core and on-call schedules.
• Follow daily changes in physician schedules and update accordingly.
• Complete patient registrations, collecting and verifying insurance information.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain precertification/authorization for radiology tests and other services.
• Handle switchboard duties: triage calls, connect/transfer calls, and page staff as needed.
• Maintain daily registration log and verify PCP and referring physicians.
• Print daily charge tickets and review 90-day globals.
