Responsibilities

• Greet and discharge patients and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Assist patients with the Clearwave electronic check-in process.
• Verify demographics, insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations at check-in.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations as needed.
• Collect copayments and outstanding balances.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain waiting area and front-desk organization.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
