Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead a sales-focused team and drive the guest experience on the sales floor. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards while meeting sales targets.

You will mentor consultants, own the store’s sales strategy, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: select, hire, and develop the store team.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Own store sales strategy and daily scorecard to drive results.
• Run store operations, staffing, and store issue escalation with facilities/IT as needed.
• Deliver Every Guest, Every Time by modeling Victra standards on the floor.
• Build trust-based relationships with your team and peers.
• Champion merchandising changes and improve store processes.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and adjust plans based on traffic and promotions.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve higher performance.
