Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As Store Manager, you shape guest experience by coaching your team and driving high performance sales in a fast-paced environment. You will lead day-to-day store operations, ensure brand compliance, and participate in weekly leadership calls with training provided.

You will mentor staff, manage customer interactions, and model Victra's sales process to achieve targets while maintaining a culture of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Strong ability to motivate and coach a team.
