You will drive performance by analyzing daily metrics, resolving customer issues, and guiding the team through change, promotions, and peak periods with accountability and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail or wireless industry preferred.
• Experience leading a team and meeting sales goals is desirable.
• Ability to train and develop staff to deliver great guest experiences.
