This hourly role emphasizes accountability, training, and strong customer focus to propel store performance. You will manage daily operations, contribute to merchandising standards, and develop your sales consultants to achieve company goals.

Qualificações

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store — the team you build is the team that delivers your results.
• Training and mentoring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Take personal ownership of the store's overall sales performance — hold yourself accountable to the same standard you set for your team.
• Open and close store; maintain brand compliance.
