Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Store Manager to shape guest experience, coach a sales team, and drive store targets. You will lead daily operations, train consultants, and ensure brand standards are met while prioritising performance and integrity.

You will motivate your team to deliver high-quality customer interactions, manage store metrics, and own the sales strategy for your shift.

Qualifikationen

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Aufgaben

• Participate in interviewing and hiring the best talent for your store — the team you build is the team that delivers your results
• Training and mentoring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic
• Identifying selling skill gaps, then building and implementing development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments
• Take personal ownership of the store's overall sales performance — hold yourself accountable to the same standard you set for your team
• Taking direction from District Manager on day-to-day operations while maintaining an elevated level of personal accountability for all store functions
• Keep score daily — review your store's and your own key sales metrics every day, not just weekly, and use that daily scorecard to course-correct before small gaps become missed monthly targets
• Running store operations – analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, meeting compliance
• Completing store opening and closing activities
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly
• Model the standard Victra Greet on the sales floor — introduce yourself, get the guest's name, and ask what brings them in
• Driving personal sales by following our EGET sales process
• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions
• Resolving customer escalations in a timely manner, as per company standards
• Monitoring inventory by restocking shelves with products, maintaining device security, and managing the cleanliness of the store
• Build reciprocal, trust-based relationships with your team and peer Store Managers
• Champion new merchandising standards and planogram changes as they roll out
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams
• Own the store's daily sales strategy: set the plan for each shift based on traffic, promotions, and staffing
