Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking CDL school graduates for an Eastern Regional driver training program. This full-time role offers paid, one-on-one mentorship during the training period, setting you up for solo driving upon completion.

You will earn $850 per week during training and receive an assigned truck after successful completion, with weekly or bi-weekly home time and no-touch freight. After training, average solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800+ per week, with benefits starting day one and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program with 120 hours of training.
• Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Complete pickups and deliveries on time.
