Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking CDL graduates for an Eastern Regional driving program with mentorship and paid training. You’ll start with $850 per week during training, then move to regional runs with assigned equipment and no-touch freight, with home time weekly or bi-weekly.

Earners typically transition to solo driving quickly, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain compliant logs. Company benefits begin day one, including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training.
• Safe driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Follow company and federal safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time.
