365 Freight USA offers a clear path from CDL school to a regional driving career. Trainees receive paid one-on-one mentor instruction before taking the wheel in an assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Training pays $850 per week, followed by solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Orientation is paid, with weekly pay every Friday and comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid mentor instruction before solo driving.
• Operate within the Eastern Regional Fleet hauling no-touch dry van freight.
• Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance.
• Participate in incentive programs and safety performance.
