Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is hiring CDL school graduates for an Eastern Regional full-time driving role. You will receive one-on-one mentorship, train while earning $850 per week, and be assigned a truck after training with weekly or bi-weekly home time.

The position includes comprehensive benefits from day one, orientation pay, a 401(k), paid time off and holidays, safety bonuses, and a rider/pet program, with no-touch dry van freight and 24/7 dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training.
• Safe driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Follow company and federal safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
