Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor-based path to a full-time regional driving career on the Eastern Regional Fleet. You start with one-on-one instruction, then take the wheel in your own assigned truck.

Earn $850 weekly during training, followed by solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ weekly. Benefits include insurance from day one, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and safety bonuses. Home time weekly or bi-weekly is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training completed.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on a regional schedule.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with regulations.
• Coordinate with mentor and allow progress to a solo role.
