100Hires, Inc. is seeking CDL Class A graduates for an Eastern Regional training-to-solo program. Trainees earn weekly during training and transition to solo driving with assigned equipment after completion.

The role offers no-touch dry van freight, weekly or bi-weekly home time, and a mentor-supported path with 24/7 dispatch support. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance start from day one as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required and graduate from an accredited CDL program.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed.
• Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight with no direct customer loading.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Follow safety, company, and federal regulations; communicate with dispatch.
