Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking Class A CDL drivers for an Eastern regional no-touch dry van route. The program starts with paid mentor training, then assignment to a truck and solo operation.

Training pays $850 per week and includes one-on-one instruction with a mentor. Orientation is also paid. After training, expected solo earnings are $1,600-$1,800+ per week. Drivers are paid every Friday, direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• A minimum of 120 training hours and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements and a safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight on the Eastern regional network.
• Work with a mentor during training before transitioning to solo driving.
• Maintain professional communication and safety standards.
• Utilize company dispatch and support resources as needed.
