Job summary

10-4 Logistics is hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. You will train one-on-one with a mentor and complete paid orientation to prepare for solo driving on the Eastern regional dry van fleet.

During training you earn $850 per week; after you go solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Weekly or bi-weekly home time options and comprehensive benefits start from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete training with a mentor and orientation.
• Move into solo driving after mentor approval.
• Operate Eastern regional dry van fleet with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safe driving practices and logs as required.
